TF301 TRANSFORM SUPERPERK Full Triangles
TF301 TRANSFORM SUPERPERK™ Full Triangles Full symmetrical triangular forms that have built-in
nipples with extra protrusion and firmness to offer a different look. The nipples stand out exceptionally well in lace or
sheer, see-through bras. All forms are made of the same soft silicone gel as the standard triangle and standard oval forms
and are encapsulated in a durable polyurethane film. This unique style has the same curved back to give a great fit against
the chest wall. This shape fits most full figured fashion bras as well as pocketed bras and is easy to fit. The forms come
in clear silicone so the body's own skin tone shows through or in standard beige skin tone. Each style is available in 12
sizes 32A - 50C. Sold in pairs only.

How to
choose and fit the correct breast prostheses and bra... Everyone wants to look great in their clothes
and wearing the right undergarments can make all the difference in how an outer garment looks and fits. Different prosthesis
styles will fit differently in different style bras. Therefore, the most important thing before choosing a breast prosthesis
is to choose and fit the right size bra. Once you decide on a bra style or design you have to know the proper size that
proportionally fits your body. Measure yourself in the following manner to determine your appropriate size bra... - Using
a tape measure, measure around the rib cage under the pectoral muscles where the natural breast tissue joins the body. Take
a snug measurement. (This would be where the band of the bra fits around the chest.)
- Add 5 inches to this measurement
(3 inches for measurements over 39"). Example: 31" + 5" = 36". This would be a size 36 bra, or if 39"
+ 3" = 42", would be a size 42 bra.
If after adding 5 or 3 inches there is an uneven
measurement, go up to the next even size. Example: 32" + 5" = 37", so start with a size 38 bra (depends on
the elasticity of the bra style).
This is a person's bra band or girth size. You may need to go up or down
an even size because this measurement is only a beginning guideline since all bras do not fit exactly the same.
- Consider
height, weight, and figure style. If you are 5'10" tall and a 42-46 bra size, generally choose a C,D, or DD cup bra.
If a size 34, 36, or 38 bra, choose a cup that balances the figure like a B or C cup.
- After determining the
bra size choose the size of form from the suggested chart below that corresponds with your girth and cup size. Note, different
form styles will fit differently.
- The proper size breast form is generally determined by the bra and cup size
determined by the previous measurements. The fitting guide will help you choose the right size.
- Symmetrical
forms fit both the right and left side and can be turned in different directions for the best fit. Asymmetrical forms fit
only the right or left side and fit only one way.
Putting the form in the bra... - Lower
the bra strap on one side.
- Pull the cup away from the chest wall.
- Insert the form from the inside
top of the cup. Turn the form in the direction that best fills the bra cup and looks the most natural. Repeat on the other
side.
- After forms are in place, adjust the straps on each side.
- Look at the fit. Both sides should
match and the bra cups should cover the prostheses completely. The prostheses' top tapers should prevent clothing from sinking
in. Each form should fill and not bulge at the top of the cup; plus, the forms should settle into the bottom of each cup.
The straps should not cut into the shoulders.
- If the forms are too big, too small, or do not fill where they
need to fil, try another style or size of
